Welcome to the Inner Health newsletter from allaboutparasites.com.
Now is a good time for a healthy colon cleanse. If you don't know how to colon cleanse, it's not as difficult as you might think. The benefits are well worth the effort!
Before I get started sharing with you what I believe is the "best colon cleanse" that suits almost every person, I want to take a few moments to apologize for the lack of promised newsletters over the last several months.
My dear mother became ill during the middle of last year and I had the privilege of being with her and caring for her until the Lord took her to heaven at the end of January. It was my greatest joy and my greatest sadness.
Since that time, I've been playing catch-up in several areas of my life and getting used to the garment of grief that lays around me like a shawl. I'm sorry for the neglect you may have felt. I will sincerely make every effort to get Inner Health out in a timely fashion in the future.
Now, let's talk about colon cleansing...
When Is The Last Time You Had A Healthy Colon Cleanse?
For some of you, the question may be better asked, "Have you ever given yourself a healthy colon cleanse?"
For years I never really gave the idea of cleansing my colon much thought at all. I ate. I eliminated. What went on between those two events, I really didn't think about very often.
In fact, it turns out that the time between our food's entry and exit is VERY critical to our overall good health.
Once you've eaten, the body goes through the digestive process. Just as the name suggests, your body starts to "process" the food. It makes every attempt to get as much nutritional benefit from each morsel as possible.
Digestion begins in the mouth, believe it or not. Your saliva starts working on the food and then the stomach acids and digestive enzymes take their turn. Finally, the leftovers make their way into the intestines where the final absorption of nutrients takes place.
It's an amazing progression, isn't it? Unfortunately, our digestive process can become less effective and less efficient due to various lifestyle choices and environmental factors.
Poor diet, stress, aging, environmental pollutants, and more begin to take their toll on your body. You may start to notice poor digestive symptoms such as acid indigestion, gas, bloating, constipation, skin eruptions, and more.
Over time, the lining of your colon gets impacted with old fecal matter, mucus build-up, and in most cases, parasites. As a result, your body is able to absorb less and less of the vital vitamins and minerals that it needs. They just can't get through the toxin-coated lining.
That's why a healthy colon cleanse is so important! Every now and then (I prefer once per year), it's a good idea to clean your digestive tract so that you get the maximum benefit of nutrition from the food you eat. This gives you a huge advantage in maintaining good health.
The best colon cleanse, in my opinion, is both simple and natural. Over the years I've learned that if a protocol isn't easy to follow, it's hard for most of us to actually follow through.
My family uses and prefers Herbal Fiberblend. Herbal Fiberblend has been around for about 20 years and is made up of a combination of soluble and insoluble fiber and a whole spectrum of cleansing herbs.
We've been using HFB for a few years now, for both annual colon cleansing, as well as routine digestive maintenance. I always keep some on hand for use during times of over-indulgence. It's also an excellent preventive measure if I find myself in the company of those who are unwell due to cold, flu, or some mysterious "virus." It's been invaluable!
Herbal Fiberblend is safe and effective for almost any person, even children (in smaller doses). The only caution I would make is to women who are pregnant. I know constipation tends to really plague women who are with child. Although I've known expectant mothers to use HFB without any negative affects, be aware that one of the herbs is cascara sagrada and so it must be used with caution.
How To Colon Cleanse
If you are wondering how to colon cleanse with Herbal Fiberblend, don't worry. It's easy!
- Start with 1 tsp. of Herbal Fiberblend twice per day, mixed in water or juice.
- After 4-5 days, increase to 2 tsp. twice per day.
- By the end of two weeks you should increase to 1 Tbsp. twice per day and continue at that amount until you are ready to discontinue your cleanse.
- Drink plenty of water each day (8-10 glasses) to help bulk up the fiber and flush the waste out of your body more easily.
- Wait 1 hour before and/or after using HFB before taking other supplements or medication.
I generally cleanse for 3 months, and recommend that to anyone who is cleansing for the very first time. A healthy colon cleanse is a slow and steady process that allows your body to detoxify at a gradual pace.
When you are ready to discontinue the cleansing process, gradually decrease your daily dose of HFB so that you body can adjust back to a lesser amount of daily fiber.
Pretty easy, isn't it? I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how well this healthy colon cleanse works. If you've done something else that you consider to be the "best colon cleanse" ever, I'd love to hear about it. You can share your experience here.
If you are one of those people who KNOW they are suffering from poor digestion, let me make a suggestion. You'll get much more benefit from your healthy colon cleanse and quicker and more effective results if you build your body while cleansing.
These three powerful supplements, when used together, will give you the most "bang for your buck." I challenge you to give your body some much needed relief. I can almost guarantee that you'll be glad you did!
Well, that's it for me today. I've got something else rather exciting and interesting I want to share with you, but that will have to wait till next time. Maybe I can squeeze in a quick note next week to update you on a brilliant find I recently discovered. No, no, you'll just have to wait!
Talk to you soon!
