Nutritional Value of Food
Are you really getting the right nutritional content of foods you eat?
The nutritional value of food these days is not what it once was.
In bygone days we could pretty much count on the fact that when we ate fruits and vegetables, we were getting plenty of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to help us build healthy cells and maintain a strong immune system.
Not anymore!
These days even so-called organically grown food is not always reliable. Soil has been depleted from over farming and water is contaminated with chemicals. And for those of us who can't always afford "organic" produce, we have to be concerned with herbicides, pesticides, and various other poisons.
What can we do?
In order to be certain that my family and I get the proper nutritional value of food, we use nutritional drinks in the form of whole food supplement powders. I really love them!
If you aren't familiar with whole food powders, there are more and more on the market these days. Believe me, they are not all the same.
I use the Garden Trio. This trio of nutritional drinks is not only made from certified organically grown vegetables, but they have been juiced and dried at low temperatures to ensure that I get the absolute maximum nutritional value of food in each teaspoon.
That means that Just Carrots is exactly that. Carrots, juiced and dried to give you the beta carotene, alpha carotene, B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and folate that you would receive from juicing the carrots yourself.
The same principle applies to the Redibeets and the Barley Life that make up the rest of the Garden Trio.
Beets are not only one of the best liver cleansers available, but they are also rich in iron, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C, niacin, folic acid, and biotin.
Barley is considered one of the "super foods" that are so effective in providing enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and amino acids that the body needs in order to build healthy cells.
Barley Life is also helpful in keeping your body pH in proper balance so that you are alkaline rather than acidic.
If you are concerned about the lack of nutritional content of foods that you eat (and you should be), use the Garden Triio nutritional drinks to help keep you and your family as healthy as possible.
Place an order here to give it a try.

P.S. How are you coping with the financial crunch we are experiencing around the world in recent days? One of my solutions has been to build an 'extra' income online in my spare time.
If it's an option you would like to consider, I highly recommend the SiteBuildIt program I've been using. I had no experience whatsoever, but they take you by the hand and help you build a genuinely viable business. If that sounds good to you, check them out.
