Chronic Constipation With Hard Distended Belly

I have always had trouble eliminating. In recent years it has gotten worse, and now I have a huge distended belly that is hard to the touch. I look 7 months pregnant. It is very difficult to go number 2 without taking laxatives.
Dear Bunny,
Suffering from chronic constipation with hard distended belly is not something that should be ignored.
Have you been to any doctors to confirm that your distended stomach is nothing more than the result of constipation?
To be honest, it sounds to me, based on the little information that you have given, that the constipation and poor digestive health is most likely the problem causing the chronic constipation with hard distended belly.
However, I'm not a doctor so if you are uncertain, you may want to consider seeking the help of a doctor skilled in natural health and medicine.
If you would simply like some direction on the best natural remedy to ease your condition that I would recommend, here are my suggestions:
- Composure
- Prepzymes
- Florafood
- Herbal Fiberblend
The Composure and the Herbal Fiberblend can be taken together. You can even open the Composure capsule and mix it in with your HFB and juice (or water) combo.
Composure is a combination of natural herbs that will help to relax the muscles of your digestive tract and help to get things moving.
The Herbal Fiberblend is probably the most important of the 4 supplements necessary to clean out your intestines and get rid of the bloating and chronic constipation with hard distended belly.
The HFB contains psyllium fiber and 17 different herbs. The fiber will aid in pushing out the old mucus and fecal matter, while the herbs help to soften the old matter, improve peristalsis, heal the lining of the intestines, eliminate parasites, and generally improve your colon health.
The Prepzymes and the Florafood are for your digestive support. Florafood is good bacteria that helps to boost your immune system and improve digestive health. The Prepzymes will actually help the food you eat to digest properly and become
much softer so that it can move more easily through your intestines for elimination.
You may only need the Composure for the first month. Stick with the Herbal Fiberblend faithfully for at least 3 months to get a full colon cleanse. You may even need to continue for several months, depending on how severe your condition is.
You don't just want to temporarily relieve your problem. You want to give your body a chance to heal so that you don't have to face this for the rest of your life. Your body really is able to heal and repair past damage when it is given the right tools to do so.
You may be able to get by without the Prepzymes and Florafood after the first month or so, too. You'll need to play it by ear and see how you're feeling and how your body is responding.
Do expect to go through some detox symptoms. Your body is going to react to getting rid of all the toxins that are no doubt lurking in your system.
You may start to feel flu-like symptoms on some days or headaches. Just soldier through it because these are actually good signs that your body is using what you are giving it to get rid of the problem.
Be sure to drink plenty of water every day when using the Herbal Fiberblend. You want to aim for 8-10 glasses per day. This will help to reduce your detox symptoms and allow your body to eliminate the old waste faster.
You shouldn't have to rely on laxatives in order to have a bowel motion. It's actually not healthy to take them indefinitely. And, as you have experienced, they do nothing to get rid of the problem and promote healing.
Please keep me posted on your progress. I hope that you will be able to follow through and enjoy the freedom of no more chronic constipation with hard distended belly. :) You'll most likely lose weight as a result!
To your good health!Angie
