Constipation issues with my 2 year old...

Hi! I am very encouraged from reading this article. My 2 year old has been having bowel issues for over three months now and it is not nice.

I was very discouraged today after I gave her a bath to see how very round her belly was....she hasn't pooped in about a week.


Needless to say we have been trying most everything and now she is actually on medication. :( She has been taking it for about a week and it has not helped.


Anyways, what I want to say is that I really appreciate these tips and I am going to do my best to implement these things into our lifestyle.


It is hard for us because she still has lots of energy but at the same time I know she is not feeling well and her belly hurts her a lot.


I am so happy that I actually found a good website that has some good practical tips!! I have been searching for a while.


So thank you and I will try and update as soon as anything happens.... :)
