Detox Method

This was really useful, thank you. :) But, how long will it take for you to actually notice a change using detox method 2?

Hi Emma,

I assume you are referring to the Herbal Detox method? If that is the one you are asking about, in my experience, people who use Herbal Fiberblend for detoxing usually see results within days.

The biggest mistake I notice that people make is failing to follow-through with their cleanse once they start to feel better and see results.

It's important to cleanse thoroughly if you are going to detox. A half-hearted attempt at detoxifying the body can sometimes be better than nothing, but if you want genuine lasting results complete your cleanse.

Vinegar Detox Method

It's me again. I just realized that your question was posted to the vinegar detox page rather than the main detox page. Sorry for the confusion.

I now see what you meant by method 2. :)

With a vinegar detox, you will not notice a change as quickly as with an herbal detox. However, you may still notice some positive results if you have particular symptoms that you are trying to alleviate.

For instance, heartburn symptoms are often gone within 15 minutes after drinking the organic ACV in water.

If you are just wanting a general slow detoxification, it will take regular use of raw apple cider vinegar as part of your daily routine for long lasting benefit.
