Do I have parasites?

Do I have parasites?
I am 52 years old. I have a feeling in my stomach as though a baby is fluttering inside me, right lower side. At times I can actually feel something move, and NO I am not pregnant.
Also I try to lose weight, but nothing seems to help. I do not eat that much, but yet I am overweight. I do have diarrhea occasionally and am on Lomotil and take only when necessary.
Now the newest thing---- My anus is itchy and has a really red rash around the whole area. It just came out of nowhere.
Nothing seems to help. I tried Prep H, Desatin, Vit. A&D Ointment, even Monostat. I read somewhere this may be the problem. What do you think? Do I have parasites?
Hi Carol,
I'm not a doctor, of course, so I can't "diagnose" you in any way. But based on what you have described....
Do you have parasites? Yes, it does sound as if you do. I don't necessarily think it is the reason for all of the symptoms you have described, but at least some of them.
Starting at the bottom and working up, quite literally, :-) it sounds like you probably have a yeast infection (
Candida) that is causing the itching in your anus, etc.
Candida can also cause a wide range of symptoms that seem like they are the result of something else, so it often goes undetected for long periods.
First of all, cut out as much sugar from your diet as possible for a little while. That means most processed foods as they actually 'feed' the yeast growth. Also, try to avoid yeasty foods, like breads, cheeses, etc.
If you're unsure about what falls into which category, take a look at the
candida diet guidelines.
When you describe the feeling in your lower right side, it's hard to say exactly what is the source of the sensation. It could be something in your upper intestine. Does that sound like where it is located?
You may have a type of parasite (there are so many different possibilities from microscopic to actual worms) or you could simply have some old fecal matter lodged in your colon and trying to work itself loose.
Either way, that would explain the diarrhea. Usually, diarrhea is a sign of your body trying to eliminate something that doesn't belong.
My best suggestion for you apart from the recommended dietary changes would be to treat yourself to a thorough 3 month colon cleanse using
Herbal Fiberblend powder.
Herbal Fiberblend is a combination of psyllium fiber and 17 herbs that sweep through the entire digestive tract, helping to eliminate parasites, candida fungus, and old fecal
matter that is encrusted along the colon wall.
You can also include
Para 90 if you feel it is necessary, but there's a good chance you may be able to deal with any parasites simply using the HFB. (That's my #1 recommendation when someone asks me, "Do I have parasites.")
You should also begin taking a good quality probiotic. I recommend
Florafood. This will increase the good bacteria in your digestive tract and help to get the
Candida albicans back under control. It's a real boost to your immune system.
(
Note - take the Florafood at least 1 hour away from the Herbal Fiberblend, so you don't just wash it right out of your system.) :-)
For the soreness and itching on the anal area, you may want to try applying some organic plain yogurt (no sugar) to the area. It will be an unusual sensation, but it will probably feel soothing (though messy) and should help it heal quicker.
Finally, something you may not have considered is hormone imbalance. It may seem very strange to consider hormones as contributing to your symptoms, but you'd be amazed at how many problems result from low progesterone levels! Difficulty losing weight is just one of them.
You mentioned that you were 52 which sent up a red flag for me. I would highly recommend that you consider using a natural progesterone cream like
Renewed Balance. That's the brand I and the ladies in my family use. It's the best I've found so far.
I assume you are either in menopause or post menopause. That would mean you should use 1/4 tsp. of the cream per day for 3 weeks and then take a 1 week break.
You simply rub the natural progesterone cream into one of the thin skinned areas on your body. I favor my upper inner arms and breasts for the best locations. Rotate daily so you get the best possible absorption.
Almost every woman I know who has tried the cream was extremely pleased with the results. There are so many additional long term benefits to be had, too. Good progesterone levels help increase your bone density as you age and also reduce your chances of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, etc.
One pot of the Renewed Balance lasts a few months, so it is well worth the price.
I sincerely hope this information helps you whether the answer to your question, "Do I have parasites?" is yes or no.
The supplements I've recommended will have no negative side effects, so they are definitely worth trying. You can purchase them at
wholesale prices in the US as an added benefit.
Please let me know if I can help you further.
To your good health!Angie
