Green Tea Works For Fibromyalgia

Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, and Green Tea works for Fibromyalgia!
Hello. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1996. For years I've been drinking green tea with apple cider vinegar and honey.
I'm 50 years old and work full time, long hours at a local hospital. I honestly believe I've been able to do so due to my "concoction" and urge anyone who needs that extra antioxidant boost to do so, too.
It not only assists with muscle pain, but also with allergies, gastric problems, and even my skin.
Just wanted to share.
Thanks,
Carol
Hi Carol,
Thanks for sharing your experience of how apple cider vinegar, honey, and green tea works for fibromyalgia relief.
I'm not really surprised due to the natural benefits of all three of those ingredients. You are not only getting antioxidants, but some nutritional minerals, and anti-inflammatory benefits as well.
Your "concoction" may not work the same for everyone to get the exact same level of relief, but it is such a simple little thing to try that I hope other fibromyalgia sufferers will give it a test run for a couple of months and see if they notice a difference, too.
I do want to emphasize to those who use this mix that you want to use
organic raw apple cider vinegar, not the filtered kind. Bragg's is a good brand.
Also, try to purchase some
raw, unheated honey from your local area rather than processed honey. When it's been processed, the heat kills so many of the beneficial nutrients in the honey.
Honey from your local area is better for you, too, because it is made from the plants and trees that are in the atmosphere around you. This really helps to cut down on allergy symptoms for many people.
I suspect, Carol, that may be part of the reason your own allergies have improved.
I'm thrilled for you and to hear how well you are doing. I pray you continue in good health.
Blessings,
Angie
