How does your pH get out of balance?
I have been having a problem with dyshidrosis for almost a year, and a friend told me I could have a pH imbalance.
She gave me some suggestions to get it better, but I would like to know how it went out of balance in the first place.
Hi Debbie,
pH imbalance can be caused by many different things. One of the most common causes of pH imbalance is poor diet.
When we eat sugar laden foods, processed foods, soft drinks, too much juice, etc., our body will find it very difficult to maintain a neutral or alkaline environment.
The
pH balance diet will give you some good ideas of what kind of foods you should focus on eating and which you should try to avoid.
Other things that can affect your body pH is a weak immune system, stress, using antibiotics and even some other prescription medications, to name a few.
In this day and age, it is more surprising when people don't have a pH imbalance, rather than when they do.
While you are working on getting rid of the dyshidrosis eczema, something that may help you with getting relief is making up a paste of oatmeal and raw honey (50/50) and applying it to the affected area. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
It's always best when using honey for eating or health purposes to get honey from your local area that has not been treated with heat in any way. It has all the best properties still in it and is most effective.
Also, if you have trouble getting enough good nutrition in your diet to keep your pH in balance, try taking
Barley Life twice per day and that should do the trick!
To your good health!Angie
