How Long Does The Vinegar Detox Take?

I've got a question. How long does the vinegar detox take?
If I'm doing the first vinegar detox method listed on the
vinegar detox page. It's the one where you use 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm/hot water.
How long do you thing I have to take it so my mild acne goes away? I've just started doing this 2 days ago.
I drink Apple Cider Vinegar, but it's not the organic one. Will it work even if it's not the organic one?
Thanks,
Andre
Hi Andre,
First of all, let me encourage you to only use the organic apple cider vinegar. Bragg's is a very popular and reliable brand that you can usually get for less than $5.00. There are other brands that are good, just make sure that it is raw and unfiltered (still has the "mother" in it - the cloudy stuff in the bottle).
There's definitely a difference in the results you get by using the organic unfiltered rather than the filtered. The health benefits are to be found in the organic apple cider vinegar, so definitely use that variety.
The question of "how long does the vinegar detox take?" is a reasonable one, but I can't give you a set answer because the time would vary from person to person.
If you are only taking the
ACV in water as described in the first vinegar detox method listed, it could take several weeks to see the results you are looking for.
Don't be discouraged, though. You can get much faster results if you start applying the organic apple cider vinegar to your face topically. Yes, I know it stinks, but the smell only lasts for about 15 minutes and then fades away.
If you really don't want to go out with the ACV on your face for fear of someone smelling it, apply it to your skin at night before you go to bed and wash it off in the morning.
Do keep in mind that acne can be caused by a variety of imbalances in the body. Sometimes it takes more than ACV to get rid of the problem. Some people need to make dietary changes, others need a good
colon cleanse, just to name a few.
Since you described your acne condition as mild, you may find that the ACV alone will be sufficient to clean things up for you.
It's good to know that you can take the ACV internally indefinitely and receive many health benefits besides helping improve your skin condition, so it's a habit that's well worth developing.
Let us know how the topical application of the apple cider vinegar works for your acne.
To your good health!Angie
