Is progesterone cream age appropriate for me?

I am 64 years old and way past menopause. However, I still have the menopause symptoms i.e. tired, sluggish, fat middle, skin is beyond dry, negative attitude sometimes.

Will progesterone cream help me at my age? I took Prempro for years but stopped at age 55 or so.

Yes, definitely. Natural progesterone cream is age appropriate for you! My own mother has you beat by a few years and she uses it, too.
