Okay, let me just jump right in and tell you about what I consider as my essentials for good health, before I get into all the details and reasons why!
Although there are countless little things that work together to create a healthy body and mind, there are 3 basic essentials that make the most impact when included in your daily regimen in the right amounts.
These three daily essentials might surprise you in their simplicity, but hopefully I can talk you around to my point of view. ;) They are...
That's why I am ALWAYS encouraging my readers to purchase and start using AIM's Daily Essentials Pack to get the best bang for their buck. This powerful threesome has proven to be the ideal way to begin immediately making a change for the better in your health.
I can honestly say that no matter what ails you, you are very likely to benefit greatly by simply adding my essentials to your daily routine. Want to prove me wrong (or right)? Give them a try as they are 100% money back guaranteed.
Now that I got that off my chest, let me explain further.
As a natural health consultant,
I'm often being asked what my essentials are when it comes to
recommending the most important elements in achieving and maintaining
good health.
That's a really good question! The answer is much simpler than you might imagine.
If
we are realistic, we all probably know that there are an incredible
amount of different vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and nutrients that our
bodies need to function optimally.
Ideally, we are meant to get the majority of what our body needs through a healthy diet and good quality drinking water.
Unfortunately, with our modern lifestyles and the way food is grown and processed these days, we've created problems for ourselves.
Most of us fail to get all that our bodies need on a daily basis to maintain good health, let alone to repair damage or fight off disease.
We can no longer expect our immune system to thrive and fight off bacteria, parasites, and the ailments that are becoming almost commonplace in our society.
Unless we make a conscious decision to be sure our body gets the resources it needs to do what God designed it to do (heal and thrive) we will continue to struggle with both minor and major health issues.
So, where do we start? What are the most important supplements we can add to our daily diet to help support our immune systems and keep our body functioning at its best? Let me tell you about "My Essentials For Good Health."
Although I'd like to say that chocolate is one of my essentials, that would just be wishful thinking! ;)
I love chocolate and it does have some antioxidant properties, but generally speaking, most chocolate would fall into the non essential nutrients category. Sorry, fellow chocoholics!
What we DO need is sufficient fiber intake. Fiber is very important for the digestive system to work properly. One of the main roles of fiber in our diet is to act as a broom to keep the intestines clean and clear of toxins and waste.
When we don't get a sufficient amount of fiber in our diet, we tend to feel sluggish, bloated, constipated, and low on energy. Of course, this lack can lead to headaches, abdominal and intestinal pain, depression, and eventually some of the most serious diseases you can imagine.
Keeping your digestive system working efficiently is paramount. That's why dietary fiber is one of my essentials. Without it, the whole body suffers.
Herbal Fiberblend is my choice because in addition to helping me meet my daily fiber requirements, it contains 17 different herbs that keep my body clear of parasites, bacteria, yeast overgrowth, and toxins. It's been a must have in my pantry for several years now, and I anticipate that I'll be using it all the way through my "golden years."
Mulit-vitamins are all well and good if you are buying the highest quality, like Forward Plus, but let's face it, the best nutrition comes from whole foods.
Ideally, whole green foods will provide your body with the most well rounded nutrition.
In fact, researchers discovered quite a few years ago now that young barley grass is the best of the green grasses and the most complete source of nutrition known in food to this point.
The best green food supplement on the market is called BarleyLife. It's young barley grass that has been taken straight from the field to be juiced and dried in a unique low temperature method that keeps the goodness (vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes) in tact.
I love BarleyLife for three important reasons:
Give it a try and you'll soon be a convert, too. ;)
Don't make the mistake of thinking that essential fatty acids are non essential nutrients. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Fish oil gets a lot of attention these days, and for good reason. It contains an abundance of Omega 3 fatty acids, but there is a small problem that is often overlooked by those who tout or take fish oil capsules.
Three of the most important essential fatty acids are Omega 3, 6, and 9. You need a balanced ration of all three to allow your body to use them properly and effectively.
Your body does NOT produce these, but relies on them heavily to keep your cells healthy, balance your hormones, keep your inflammation levels under control, repair damaged cells, create healthy new cells, and more.
You have to get your EFA's (essential fatty acids) through your diet if you're going to get them at all. That's why I have included this in my essentials for good health.
I prefer AIM's AIMega over fish oil for a couple of reasons.
Well, I hope you can see why I've chosen AIM's Daily Essentials pack as My Essentials For Good Health for my family and my healthy living clients.
If you have any health concerns at all, I can't encourage you enough to try them for at least one month and see how quickly you start to notice a change in how you feel.
If you are blessed to enjoy good health already, my essentials are a great way to keep it that way.
I'm happy to offer all of my readers my own wholesale prices on the AIM products to help you enjoy them as much as I do.
