Do Detox Foot Patches Work?

A natural detox patch is an interesting new way to remove chemical and toxic build up from your body.

It's inexpensive and easy to use, but do detox foot patches work?

That's the question many people are asking themselves. And who can blame them?

It seems that there are more and more 'claims' that turn out to be bogus or just plain marketing hype.


I was very curious when I first read about the possibility of using a natural detox patch to help cleanse my body of possible heavy metals and other toxins.


I'm certainly convinced that we do have these poisons in our system. It's hard to deny when we are exposed to them on almost every level each and every day of our lives.


I'm also a big believer in natural remedies. I know that the same God who created us, provided in nature the things that we need to keep our body healthy. Herbs, fruits, and vegetables all play a vital role in good health.


I have to admit that I'm not as diligent as I should be at avoiding the convenience foods that have little or no nutritional value. As a result, I use whole food supplements as well as vitamins and minerals to give my body the nutrition it needs to keep me healthy. 


I also use a natural colon cleanse once every year or so to give me a good spring clean from the inside out.


I have to give the Good Lord credit, though, for keeping me healthy over the years. I do all that I can sensibly do, and leave the rest in His Good Hands.


So, when I read about the natural detox patch, I decided to check into it a bit further. Is this something worth adding to my health regime? The premise is that the natural ingredients in the patch (Tourmaline, Eucalyptus, Agaricus Mushroom, Wood Vinegar, and Menthol) work together to draw out the stored toxins via the soles of your feet. 


There's no doubt that we have pressure points in our feet that affect the rest of our body. These have been used in Chinese medicine for centuries and have become more accepted in western medicine as it has been tested and proven. This causes me to have an even greater interest in the whole detox patch concept.

I've placed an order for some Verseo detox foot patches so that I can find out the answer to the question, "Do detox foot patches work?"


As I said, I'm pretty healthy, so I'm not sure I'll be able to notice enough of a difference myself to come to a firm conclusion. So, what I've done is order enough to use my family as guinea pigs! :-) 


Both of my parents have trouble with their feet as well as joint pain. Even my husband has frequent headaches, some sleeplessness, and various aches and pains. 


We will all give the natural detox patch a try and see if we can notice a change for the better. I certainly don't expect overnight results, but we should be able to get some results between the lot of us.
