Skin Rash

The doctors call my problem rosacea, bit it isn't. Sometimes my skin rash is circular, and sometimes looks like it travels in irregular patterns.
The rash doesn't go away. It can burn and itch. Usually it's on my face, in my eyebrows, and on my hair line. I even found one spot on my shoulder.
It seems to go to damp spots like my eyes. Can you help diagnose this problem?
Hi Winnie,
I'm not a doctor, so I can't diagnose your skin rash. Sorry about that. I can make some educated guesses and suggestions if you like? :)
There are different reasons why our body develops a rash on the skin. It can be from a fungus overgrowth (like candida), a reaction to stress, an allergy, too many toxins in the system that the body can't process fast enough, etc. Even hormone imbalance can play a part.
So, to pinpoint the underlying cause of your rash, whether it is rosacea or not, would be difficult for me (or anyone) to do.
That's the bad news. The good news is that there are some things that you can do to improve your condition so that you aren't suffering from the painful symptoms, regardless of the underlying cause.
The body has some basic healing principles that apply to most of the possible causes I mentioned earlier.
Are you under a lot of stress in your life? I know we all are to some extent, but try to honestly assess whether or not you were going through a lot of emotional challenges, work or financial pressures, family problems, etc., prior to and since your rash appeared.
If you think stress may be a genuine possibility, do what you can to reduce the cause of your stress. If they can't be dealt with or are out of your control, consider using some
Composure to help your body deal with the stress naturally.
If you don't believe stress is a strong possibility for the problem, consider an internal imbalance - too many toxins, candida/fungus overgrowth, or
allergies.
It's not a bad idea to find a place in your area where you can be tested for food allergies, etc. Even if you didn't have allergies earlier in your life, it is not uncommon for people to develop them later on in life.
If I were in your shoes, I'd try a good clean-out of the system along with a healthy building program to detoxify your body and support your immune system.
Herbal Fiberblend is a safe and natural intestinal cleanse. You use it twice per day (mixed in water or a bit of juice) for several weeks to clean out your entire digestive tract. I like to give myself a periodic 3 month cleanse with HFB.
For building and support, I'd use
Florafood to replenish the good bacteria in my system (helps fight off possible parasites and fungus). I'd use this daily for a month.
I'd also use the
Garden Trio to help detoxify and strengthen my body. The Garden Trio consists of 3 whole food supplement powders made from the freshly pressed juice of beets, carrots, and barley grass.
The beets are particularly good for cleaning and detoxifying the liver. Many skin rashes and irritable skin conditions are the result of too many toxins in the liver that the body can't get rid of fast enough so that organ sends it to the skin to get rid of.
The barley grass juice powder is extremely rich in nutrition to help feed the body on a cellular level. When the body gets enough good nutrition, it is able to detoxify more efficiently as well as build healthy new cells and repair damaged cells.
I like to mix all three of the Garden Trio powders together in a glass of water and drink it once per day as an amazing nutritional "hit." :)
Sure wish I could tell you for sure exactly what's causing your skin rash, but I hope these thoughts and suggestions are helpful to you in some way.
To your good health!Angie
