Tiny White Egg Shaped Things
by Mena

I just wondered what these tiny white egg shaped things are:
I get an itch on my body and scratch it and find a tiny white ball under my nail that looks like an egg.
Even if I scratch my cheek or my forehead, I see them. What are they?
I don't see anything in my bedsheets and I am clean and change my sheets...I also don't have a partner so I am confused.
There's only one every now and then but I still wonder what they are.
Thanks,
Mena
Hi Mena,
The tiny white egg shaped things that you are finding under your nails after you scratch may or may not be an egg.
It's quite possible that it is simply dead skin or sebum. You may want to read this earlier question and answer about
white spots on the skin and the suggestions made there.
Unfortunately, there is no way I can say for sure what is going on in your particular situation, but I will say that you can get internal parasites quite easily, regardless of whether or not you have a partner.
Parasites can be spread through touching something that someone else has touched, eating out (food prepared by others who handled it improperly), drinking water that has parasites in it, walking or swimming in water that is affected, etc.
Your egg shaped things could also be the result of toxins built up in your body that the organs and skin are trying to get rid of.
My best suggestion is always an internal cleanse and some immune boosting whole food supplements. It's what I use myself and find that most people get good results.
Herbal Fiberblend, the
Garden Trio, and
AIMega are my top 3 recommendations for getting the body sorted out in the most efficient manner and helping you to feel better than ever.
