What Can I Do About Candida?
by Phillip
After reading something on here about candida, I do have some of those symptoms. Yes, I have had this problem for a very, very long time, and I don't know what else I can do about it.
Every doctor I have been to doesn't seem to know what it is either even after I tell them what is happening.
Now here is the problem I am having. Can you possibly tell me what it could be?
Here is what I am having to deal with day in and day out - nail fungus, not being able to go to the bathroom like I should, sometimes it is for days before I need to go.
I have the burning and itching around the rectum and at times I have some white thick stuff that comes out of the rectum that really smells and on the penis redness and itching. I have this leakage as well that comes out and on top of my head redness and dead skin all over.
I am in dire need of some help here. Now can you please help me out with this or tell me what you might think it could be?
As I've said, I've been dealing with this problem I know of for about 5 years now and no doctor seems to be able to tell me what it is. I NEED HELP BAD!
Thank you.

Hi Philip,
It does certainly sound like you have a severe yeast infection or "candida." For some reason, many doctors still aren't convinced this a real affliction. But there are plenty who are aware of it, especially in the field of natural health.
Because you've been suffering for several years with this condition, it isn't going to go away over night. The yeast fungus in your body seems to have gained a stronghold and won't give up without a fight.
But it is a battle you can win if you are willing to fight fire with fire, so to speak.
There are a couple of steps you will need to take.
1. Step one is to starve the yeast infection.
2. Step two is to send in reinforcements in the form of GOOD bacteria.
3. Step three is to eliminate the dead and dying fungus.
Yeast/Candida loves sugar and yeasty foods. You really need to cut back on your sugar intake for a while. There is a list of
foods to avoid that will help you out. Don't worry. It isn't forever, just till you get your infection
under control.
You need to thoroughly cleanse your intestines or colon. This will help clean out the yeast build up as well as deal with your constipation. The best cleanse I can recommend is
Herbal Fiberblend. It is full of herbs that will help eliminate the waste, toxins, and yeast in your bowels. You'll want to do a full 3 month cleanse (possibly even longer with your history).
You also need to add the good bacteria to help your immune system fight against the infection. Try
Florafood as it is a high quality probiotic with acidophilus and b. bifidum and b. longum.
Another important supplement is good quality garlic. Garlic is an antifungul as well. The capsules that I prefer are called
Bear Paw Garlic. They contain a higher amount of the properties found in regular garlic tablets and are also odorless.
It is important to take the Herbal Fiberblend at a different time from the garlic and florafood. Take them at least an hour apart because the HFB acts as a broom to sweep out your colon and you don't want to sweep the good stuff away. :-)
Finally, for topical treatment on your penis, you need to get some good tea tree oil and gently swap the area with the oil twice a day for a couple of weeks.
All of these things will work together to fight your infection. Let me warn you that you may start to feel worse at first. That is your body's reaction to the "die-off" of the candida yeast infection. Those toxins have to be eliminated and sometimes make you feel like you've got the flu, but it will pass if you stick with it.
Of course, I can't be certain of your condition since I don't even know you, but based on what you have described these are my best recommendations. It is what I would give to my own husband or brother.
You can order most of these products online depending on where you are located. If you are in the US or Canada, you can order
here. If you are elsewhere, let me know what country you are in and I'll try to point you in the right direction.
P.S. If you are sexually active, your partner will need to be treated for a yeast infection as well. If she is not, you are likely to just keep getting it over and over again since it is easily passed through sexual intercourse.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Blessings,
Angie
