Worming Myself

Do you think I should try worming myself?
I've had IBS since I was 23 and I'm now 32 years old. For the past 3 years I've had lower abdominal cramping. I thought it was endometriosis.
I've had a pelvic scan and seen a gynecologist. They couldn't find anything and blamed it on poor diet which I don't believe, because I eat healthy cooked foods, cooked dinners, fresh fruit and veggies.
I've cut down on alcohol which I only have once a month. I'm a smoker also, but my concerns are not being treated from my doctor and they won't do anything for me.
I've tried to change doctors but everywhere is full :(
This month I've suffered severe headaches. I'm definitely not pregnant either but over the past few months my stomach has been swelling below my breasts above my tummy.
The minute I wake up most mornings I feel extreme tummy ache and I have to throw up to get rid of the pain in my stomach, which I've done for the past 10 years now, but that's not the point.
Lately I've been feeling really hungry even tho I've just eaten and I'm experiencing bloating afterwards.
I've even been put on an inhaler from the doctor due to having a wheasy chest now. Lately I've been sleeping a lot more and waking up with stomache aches.
I get cramping in my lower tummy all the time. I've been taking my IBS tablets and lactolose syrup to help me go to the toilet because I'm suffering constipation recently but the constipation doesn't often happen when I get extremely bloated.
I've had a lot of headaches this month and everything I've tried so far isn't working for me. I'm getting to a stage some days where my tummy feels sluggish, wishy-washy, more hungry after I've eaten, and bloated and tired.
Do you think I should try worming myself and see what happens to see if it would help my problem because I look pregnant even tho I'm not :( and its getting me down. I'm fed
up with it!
Dear Nikki,
So sorry to hear that you've been dealing with this condition for so long and have been unable to get some satisfactory help.
If you mean by "worming myself" should you try a natural parasite cleanse, then my answer would be yes. It definitely sounds like your intestines and entire digestive track needs a good clean out, whether parasitic worms are causing your distress or some other digestive disorder.
I would use
Herbal Fiberblend for the next few months for the purpose of worming yourself naturally with the combination of herbs and fiber that gives a really good detox to your system.
You would take the HFB twice per day, starting with a smaller amount and increasing until you reach the recommended dosage for cleansing (depending on whether you just the powder or the capsules).
I would also suggest you get
Composure and
Florafood as well.
You can take the Composure along with the Herbal Fiberblend and it should help to ease the pain and cramping in your abdomen while helping to make the HFB more effective.
The Florafood should be taken with your meals and this will help with your digestion (and the bloating) as well as increase the good bacteria in your body.
Drink plenty of water each day - at least 8 glasses. It can be hard to drink that much water every day if you aren't used to it, but if you just drink a small amount every 30 minutes or so, you'll get it all down and it will become a good habit.
I can't guarantee that cleansing with Herbal Fiberblend, etc., will clear up your IBS issues for good, but some people with IBS who have used HFB for cleansing have said it has done wonders for them.
I hope you will be able to follow these suggestions and that they are beneficial in returning you to good health. I know how unpleasant it is to be sick and in pain for such a long period of time.
To your good health!Angie
