Natural Colon Cleansing
by Kimberlee
I would be grateful to you if you could give me some precautions to prevent colon problems?
Also, I'd like to know what I should know about the results of using natural colon cleansing products.
Thanks so much for your help!

Hi Kimberlee,
I believe the best way to prevent colon problems is to use preventive maintenance! A healthy colon is important for both men and women for long term health.
If your colon is allowed to become impacted and/or toxic, it can result in a whole range of health issues. Illnesses and diseases that seem unrelated to the bowels can actually be the result of poor colon health.
Natural colon cleansing is definitely an important part of keeping your intestines in good shape.
- Drink plenty of good quality water each day. Consider getting a carbon water filter to insure you have the best water.
- Eat plenty of high fiber foods. Raw fruits and vegetables are especially good. If you have trouble getting enough fiber in your diet, consider supplementing with whole food concentrates like the Garden Trio.
- Cleanse your colon annually with a good herbal and fiber combo. I recommend and use Herbal Fiberblend. I've already completely my annual 3 month cleanse this year, and my husband is currently in the midst of his!
:-) I prefer this particular product because it contains soluble and insoluble fiber as well as a unique combination of anti-fungal and anti-parasitic herbs.
The results you should be looking for from your natural colon cleansing are three or four bowel motions a day. You shouldn't have to strain at all when you go.
If you are using the
Herbal Fiberblend for a full cleanse, after 6 weeks or so, you will probably experience long rope-like bowel motions and possibly even extremely dark (almost black) strips of waste that have built up on the lining of your intestines.
If you have parasitic worms in your bowels, those should be eliminated as well. Some are visible to the naked eye, while others are microscopic. I've had some people tell me that they could see the small white 'strings' of threadworms as well as those that pass worms several inches long.
You may not see 'worms' in your bowel movement, but if you stay faithful on the cleanse for a full 3 months, you are almost guaranteed to eliminate any 'nasties' that may have taken up residence in your colon.
I hope this helps you get on the road to preventive maintenance and long term colon health. It's worth taking the effort now before disease and ill health set in.
Blessings,
Angie from allaboutparasites.com
